Your team
Our Customer Success team is the heartbeat of Leat HQ. We’re a group of loyalty experts dedicated to helping businesses across Europe set up, grow, and fine-tune their loyalty programs using smart data insights. If you’re ready to work closely with our teams, tackle customer challenges, nurture relationships, and elevate loyalty programs, we’d love to have you on board!
Your mission
Your mission is to bridge the gap between a signed contract and a fully realized, high-performing loyalty ecosystem. You will be the lead architect for our hospitality clients’ onboarding journey, ensuring they aren't just "set up," but strategically optimized for success.
You will take full ownership of the implementation phase, from configuring brand kits to designing loyalty strategies that feel like a natural extension of their brand. Beyond the basics, you’ll handle the technical aspects of ensuring all integrations are seamlessly connected to deliver a unified experience across every touchpoint, whether online or offline.
Beyond this, you'll be providing ongoing account management for our largest clients, maintaining a high level of customer experience, and handling all incoming support requests from them.

Strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You speak Dutch and English fluently; another language is a bonus
