Your team

Our partnership team is a small but mighty crew, handling everything from the Nordics to the UK and from the Dutch to the German markets. With their extensive knowledge and experience, they focus on building and maintaining strong relationships that drive our growth ambitions. You will join this dynamic team, where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.

Your mission

Your mission is to expand the company’s reach by identifying and securing top-tier technology and solutions partners. This role focuses on growing the business through strategic partnerships, which are crucial for driving growth. By implementing smart integrations with partners, the goal is to establish the company as the leading and most user-friendly loyalty software in Europe.


Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies for partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure positive partner experiences, building a sales pipeline to exceed goals, contributing to product strategy, and working closely with the marketing team to capture new and existing business opportunities.

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships

  • Energetic and inspiring individual serving as the central point for partners

  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of the business

  • Strategic commercial thinker with strong networking skills

  • Takes ownership of work and determined to get things done

  • Capable of representing the company in key negotiations

  • You speak fluently Dutch and English
