Your team
Our partnership team is a tight-knit crew of partnership managers with their own respective verticals, handling everything from the UK to North America, and all across Europe. With extensive knowledge and experience, this team focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships that drive our growth ambitions. You will join a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
Your mission
Your mission is to expand the company’s reach across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) by identifying and securing top-tier technology and solutions partners. This role focuses on accelerating market share through strategic partnerships, which are crucial for driving our international growth. By implementing smart integrations with localized partners, your goal is to establish Leat as the leading and most user-friendly loyalty software in Europe.
Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies for German-speaking partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure positive partner experiences, building a robust sales pipeline to exceed goals, contributing to product strategy, and working closely with the marketing team to capture new and existing business opportunities.

Who you are
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in partnerships, account management, or business development
Fluency in both German and English is required; knowledge of Dutch or another European language is a plus
Enjoy connecting with people and building long-term commercial relationships
An energetic and inspiring individual capable of serving as the central point of contact for regional partners
Commercially minded strategic thinker with strong networking and negotiation skills
Take clear ownership of work and are determined to hit growth targets
