The role

We are looking for a designer who takes ownership of our digital presence. Your main focus will be the Leat website and other brand touchpoints, ensuring a consistent look and feel across everything we create. You will help shape how Leat looks and communicates.

You have a strong eye for UI and know how to design clean, modern interfaces. You understand how to translate a brand identity into digital experiences. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Maintain and evolve our visual identity across channels

• Design and improve the Leat website

• Create visuals for presentations, social media, and other touchpoints

• Work closely with marketing on messaging and positioning

• Collaborate with the product team when needed on UI improvements

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in digital or product design

• Strong portfolio with a focus on UI and web design

• Expert in Figma

• Strong in developing and upholding design systems

• Good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Strong sense of visual design, layout, and typography

• Clear communication and structured thinking

• Passionate about design and taking pride and ownership in their work

• Fluent in Dutch and English

Nice to have

• Experience with Framer

• Experience with creative copywriting

• Affinity with branding and visual identity

• Motion design skills
