We’re excited to introduce our latest feature: the Orders API ~ a powerful new way to bring flexibility, precision, and creativity into your loyalty program.
With the Orders API, you’re no longer limited to one-size-fits-all rules for rewarding customers. Instead, you can create product-tailored point calculation rules that align perfectly with your unique business strategy.
The Orders API allows our system to capture a more comprehensive picture of each customer transaction. You can now identify both products and product categories within each order, unlocking new options for point calculation.
Want to encourage customers to choose specific products? Highlight entire categories like eco-friendly items, seasonal specials, or high-margin products. Experimental or seasonal items can also receive strong multipliers to boost performance.
Previously, only the purchase amount or unit transaction was captured when awarding points. While other data such as customer attributes, time of day, or location could be considered, transactional information was limited.
The Orders API changes that. Now you can combine old and new system capabilities, applying multiple filters to drive sales where you need them most. Define rules based on products, product categories, locations, dates, times, and specific customer segments - all in one.

Most importantly, the Orders API gives you access to detailed customer purchase habits.
