The system automatically updates your lists as contacts meet - or no longer meet - the criteria. For example, you could automatically segment contacts who haven’t made a transaction in the past 90 days.
With custom contact attributes, you can drive even more detailed and personalized communications. This level of precision allows you to deliver highly relevant communications that feel personal, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
We’ve made segmentation even faster. With the “Present in Imports” feature, you can now create a segment directly from a CSV import.
