The AI Assistant integration turns that into a conversation - ask a question in plain language and get an answer grounded in your actual Leat data, whether that's checking how a campaign performed or getting suggestions on how to improve your earning rules.

Where to find it
Head to Apps → Integrations → Marketplace, then select AI Assistant and click Install. From there, choose your preferred AI tool (Claude or ChatGPT) and follow the connection steps shown to sign in and approve access. This integration is strictly read-only. Your AI assistant can look at your loyalty data and offer suggestions, but it can never make changes to your account, rules, or customer data on its own.
