Introducing Add to List for automations
Automations can now add contacts directly to manual lists. Select the new Add to list action in the automation builder, avoid duplicate entries automatically, and see which automations use a list through its Usage tab.
Add contacts automatically: Use the new Add to list action in the automation builder to add contacts to a selected manual list.
No duplicate contacts: If a contact is already in the list, they won't be added again, and the automation will continue as normal.
See where lists are used: A list's Usage tab now shows which automations add contacts to it, helping prevent accidental deletion of lists used in active workflows.
Manual lists give you control over exactly which contacts belong in an audience. With the new automation action, you can now add contacts to those lists automatically as part of your existing workflows.
This makes it easier to manage your audiences without having to update every list manually.

Where to find it
Open the automation builder, add a new action, and select Add to list. Then choose the manual list you want contacts to be added to.
