Bookings in Leat now include richer details, from individual line items and package contents to prices, totals, and booking types. Supported integrations include Caspeco, MICE, Formitable, Zenchef, and TheFork, with the new information also available through the public API.
See exactly what was booked: Bookings now include individual line items, showing what's included, from meeting rooms to karaoke experiences, along with prices and totals.
View package contents: When a booking includes a package, its contents are displayed directly underneath it, giving you a clearer breakdown of what's included.
Distinguish between booking types: Easily identify whether a booking is a regular reservation, a meeting, or an experience.
Supported across five integrations: Caspeco, MICE, Formitable, Zenchef, and TheFork now send these additional booking details to Leat.
Updated public API: The new booking information is also available through Leat's public API.
Previously, booking information didn't always show exactly what a customer had reserved.
With more detailed booking data, you can now see not just that a booking was made, but also what it includes, making it easier to understand your customers' reservations and experiences.
