Introducing giftcard issuances
Giftcard issuance gives you a simpler way to distribute giftcards. Choose who should receive one and for how much, then issue them directly, with the option to automatically send each giftcard by email.
Issue giftcards directly: Create an issuance, select the business profile, add the contacts who should receive a giftcard, and set their amounts.
Add contacts individually or import a list: Choose recipients and amounts yourself or import a list when issuing giftcards to multiple contacts.
Email is optional: Turn on Send by email if you want the giftcards delivered directly to recipients. The email is automatically sent using your account's giftcard recipient email, so there's no separate email to select or configure.
One giftcard per contact: Each contact included in the issuance receives their own giftcard.
See exactly what was issued: Once an issuance is completed, it's locked and provides a record of what was issued to each contact.
Previously, handing out giftcards started with creating an email, adding a giftcard action, and then sending that email, even when the main goal was simply to issue giftcards.
Giftcard issuances turn that process around. Start with the giftcard itself: decide who should receive one and for how much, then choose whether you want to send it by email.

Head to Store → Giftcards → Issuances to create a new giftcard issuance.
