Insights
Insights is now live, replacing the old Reports. Everything you relied on before now lives here, alongside new ways to build dashboards and explore your data.
Insights replaces Reports: All existing metrics have been converted into insights, so anything you relied on before should have an equivalent (or better) here.
Orders data, added: Explore order data as part of Insights for the first time.
Build dashboards your way: Start from a template, or build a dashboard from scratch.
Fully customizable layouts: Drag insights to reposition them and adjust their width to build the layout that works best for you.
Saved insights, in one place: Find everything you've saved under the "Saved insights" button on the overview page.
Insights is designed to go beyond what Reports could offer: a more flexible, visual way to explore your data, build the dashboards that matter to your business, and (over time) dig deeper than static reports ever allowed. We'll keep expanding Insights with more templates and chart types in the near future.
What this means for you
The Reports menu item is gone: Any report you used before should now have an equivalent, or better, version inside Insights.
Nothing is lost: All your existing metrics were converted into insights automatically.
More control over your view: Build a dashboard from a template or from scratch, then freely rearrange and resize insights to fit how you work.
A guided first look: When you open the Insights overview, you'll see a banner explaining what's changed.
Where to find it
Insights replaces the old Reports menu item. Go to Data → Insights and create your own reporting dashboard from there.
Heads up
The Reports menu item has been fully retired and is no longer available. If you can't find a report you used to rely on, check Insights first - it should already be there in converted form.
