Introducing gift card bonuses
Gift card bonuses are now available for purchases through your contact portal and website widget. Set different purchase and receive amounts to give customers extra value, customize options for each gift card program, and control whether custom amounts are allowed. A new Online sales section also brings gift card and prepaid configuration and orders together in one place.
Pay X, get Y: Set a purchase amount and a gift card value for each option. For example, customers can pay €50 and receive a gift card worth €55.
Customize bonuses per gift card program: Each gift card program now has its own amount options and bonuses, giving you more flexibility over what you offer.
Enable or disable custom amounts: Decide whether customers can enter their own gift card amount or only choose from your predefined options. Custom amounts do not receive a bonus.
Manage online orders per program: View and export online gift card orders directly from the corresponding gift card program.
Improved prepaid management: Prepaid programs now have the same Online sales section, bringing orders and top-up options together in one place.
Gift card bonuses give you another way to encourage purchases by offering customers additional value.
We've also made managing online gift card and prepaid sales more straightforward, with amount options, bonuses, and orders organized within their respective programs.

Where to find it
Open your gift card program and navigate to Online sales → Configuration to manage purchase amounts, bonus values, and custom amount settings.
To view or export purchases, go to Online sales → Orders.
