Introducing notifications
Notifications give your team one place to see what needs attention, what’s already been resolved, and jump directly to the area that needs fixing with flexible control over who receives notification emails and when.
Notifications in your dashboard: A new bell in the top bar lets you see when something on your account needs attention, such as an offer that can’t be redeemed, a failed payment, an automation that stopped working, or transactions waiting for review.
See what needs attention: Open the full notification list to view Open and Resolved notifications, see who has read them, and go directly to the area that needs attention.
Resolve notifications for everyone: When someone marks a notification as resolved, it’s resolved for the entire account so your team has a shared view of what still needs attention.
Choose who gets notified by email: Configure email notifications individually and decide who should receive them.
Control when emails are sent: Emails can be sent right away, collected into a single email on a schedule, or turned off entirely.
When something needs attention, knowing about it quickly makes it easier to take action. Notifications bring these account updates together in one place, so your team can see what needs attention and what has already been resolved.
Email preferences give you additional control over how your team is notified without affecting what appears inside the dashboard.
What this means for you
Keep important updates in one place: See account notifications directly from the bell in your dashboard.
Get to the issue quickly: Notifications can take you directly to the area that needs attention.
Stay aligned as a team: Everyone sees the same dashboard notifications, and resolving one clears it for the whole account.
Choose how you receive emails: Decide who receives each type of notification and whether emails arrive immediately, on a schedule, or not at all.
Don't lose notifications when emails are off: Turning off an email notification doesn't remove it from the dashboard. It will still appear under the notification bell.
Where to find it
Look for the bell icon in the top bar to view your notifications.
To manage email preferences, head to Settings → Notifications.
Heads up
Dashboard notifications are visible to everyone on the account. Your notification settings control email delivery, not whether notifications appear in the dashboard.
By default, notification emails are sent to the account email address and every admin. If you select specific team members for a notification, they replace those default recipients.
