Introducing points issuances
Points issuance lets you award the same number of points to a contact list, tier, or selected contacts in one go, with the option to schedule recurring bonuses and notify recipients by email.
Award points to a group: Give the same number of points to a contact list, a tier, or a hand-picked selection of contacts in one go.
Create one-off bonuses: Use a points issuance whenever you want to award a group of contacts without handling each contact individually.
Set recurring issuances: Schedule an issuance to repeat automatically. For example, give everyone in your Gold tier a monthly points bonus.
Always use the current audience: Each scheduled run looks at who is in the selected group at that moment, so contacts who join or leave the group are reflected in future runs.
Send an optional email: Choose whether recipients should receive an email letting them know about the points they've received.
See the full history: Review each issuance run to see who received points and why anyone didn't.
Awarding points isn't always something you want to do one contact at a time. Sometimes you want to reward an entire customer group or regularly give points to contacts who meet certain criteria.
Points issuances make that possible from one place. Choose your audience, decide how many points they should receive, and either issue them once or set up a recurring schedule.
