Introducing reward & promotion revenue insights

See the revenue connected to reward and promotion redemptions, giving you a clearer picture of the completed orders, customers, and discounts behind their performance.

What's new

What's new

What's new

  • Order performance: A new Order performance card shows the attributed revenue connected to your reward or promotion, along with orders, contacts who redeemed, average order value, and discounts given.

  • Performance over time: See how attributed revenue compares with the previous period and use the date range picker to explore different periods. By default, you'll see the last 90 days.

  • Order details per redemption: Each redemption now shows its associated order amount and discount, making it easier to see which redemptions resulted in completed orders.

  • Only shown when relevant: If a reward or promotion has never been connected to an order, the Order performance card stays hidden instead of showing empty metrics.

Why we built this

Why we built this

Redemption numbers tell you how often a reward or promotion was used, but they don't show the order value connected to those redemptions.

Order performance links redemptions to their completed orders, giving you a clearer view of the revenue and discounts connected to your rewards and promotions.

What this means for you

  • Go beyond redemption counts: See the order value connected to customers using your rewards and promotions.

  • Compare revenue and discount: Revenue and discount figures are calculated from the same set of completed orders, giving you a consistent view of what came in and what was given away.

  • See what contributed: Redemptions linked to completed orders contribute to the performance totals. Redemptions without a linked order remain visible in the list but aren't included in those totals.

  • Avoid double-counting: Each completed order is counted once, even when two vouchers were used on the same order.

Where to find it

Head to Loyalty → Rewards or Loyalty → Promotions, open a reward or promotion, and select the Redemptions tab.

Heads up

Only completed orders are included in attributed revenue and discount calculations. If a redemption isn't connected to a completed order, it won't contribute to the Order performance totals.

Attributed revenue shows the revenue from completed orders connected to these redemptions. It doesn't necessarily mean the reward or promotion caused that revenue.
