Email Editor
See hidden mobile and desktop blocks in the email editor
Hidden email blocks no longer disappear from the editor when switching between mobile and desktop views. With the new Show hidden toggle, you can see hidden blocks in a faded style, restore their visibility in one click, and preview your email exactly as recipients will see it. We've also reorganized the editor toolbar for a cleaner editing experience.
Show hidden blocks: A new Show hidden toggle lets you see email blocks that are hidden on the device you're currently editing.
Clear visual indicators: Hidden blocks appear faded, grey, and outlined, so you can easily distinguish them from visible content.
Accurate device previews: Turn off Show hidden to see how your email will appear to recipients on the selected device.
Restore blocks in one click: Select a hidden block and click Show on desktop or Show on mobile to make it visible again.
Improved editor toolbar: Undo, redo, and Preview are now positioned in the top-left corner, while the mobile/desktop switch is centered above the email.
Previously, blocks configured as Hide on desktop or Hide on mobile disappeared entirely from the editor when viewing that device. This could make it seem as though content had been accidentally deleted.
With the new Show hidden option, you can keep track of all your email content while still controlling exactly what customers see on different devices.
What this means for you
No more confusion: Easily identify blocks that are hidden rather than deleted.
Faster email editing: Find and restore hidden content without switching between device views.
Better control over responsive layouts: Manage mobile and desktop visibility with confidence.
Cleaner editing experience: Enjoy a more organized toolbar and easier navigation.
Where to find it
Open the email editor and look for the new Show hidden toggle next to the mobile/desktop switch at the top of the editor.
Enable it to display hidden blocks, or disable it to see the email as recipients will see it on the selected device.
