Zenchef integration
The Zenchef integration is now live! Every reservation made in Zenchef is automatically created as a Booking in Leat.
Reservations become Bookings: every reservation made in Zenchef is automatically created as a Booking in your Leat account.
Restaurants running on Zenchef can now bring reservation data straight into Leat, giving you a unified view of guests whether they booked a table or made a purchase.
What this means for you
Automatic sync: No manual work required — reservations flow into Leat as Bookings as soon as they're made in Zenchef.
Multi-restaurant support: If you run several Zenchef restaurants, each one needs to be connected individually (see setup steps below).
One webhook per restaurant: Zenchef only allows a single webhook URL per restaurant, so if a restaurant already has that option in use elsewhere in Zenchef, it won't be possible to add a second one for Leat.
Where to find & install it
Head to Integrations → Zenchef in your Leat dashboard.
In the Leat dashboard, go to Integrations → Zenchef and click Install in the top right.
Copy the URL displayed on the Zenchef integration page.
In your Zenchef back-office, go to Settings → Integrations.
Click Connect next to Webhook reservation, paste the copied URL, and save.
Copy the Restaurant ID from the top of the Zenchef Integrations page.
Return to the Zenchef integration page in Leat, go to the Restaurants tab, add a new restaurant, and match it to the correct business profile.
You're all set!
If you manage several Zenchef restaurants, repeat steps 2–6 for each one. Note that while each restaurant uses the same webhook URL, it still needs to be installed individually per restaurant, and each Restaurant ID needs to be added separately in the Zenchef configuration in Leat.
Heads up
Zenchef only supports a single webhook URL per restaurant. If a restaurant is already using that webhook slot for something else, it won't be possible to also connect it to Leat.
