To make launching as seamless as possible, Leat automatically generates a default gift card program for your account. Custom Expiration Rules: Expiration settings are turned off by default. If your strategy or local regulations require an end date, you can toggle this on to automatically expire balances after a set timeframe (such as 365 days).

Dashboard Checklist
Navigate to Store > Gift cards to view your auto-generated program.
Go to the Settings tab to update the name of your program and upload a custom cover image.
Set your preferred minimum and maximum purchase amounts, or clear the fields for unlimited flexibility.
(Optional) Toggle Expiration settings on to establish a validity window.
(Optional) Turn on Settlements and select your reporting frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually) if you need to balance funds across different locations.
Click Submit in the top right corner to save your baseline program configuration.
