Turn a scan into a member before the customer has left the place where they scanned it. Reach people by QR or link, ask for what the program needs now, and issue a wallet pass the moment the form is submitted. Because every code and link carries its own source, you always know which store, campaign, or receipt brought each member in.

The signup form lives on your domain in your design and opens from wherever a customer meets you: a QR on the table card, the receipt, the counter, the shop window, or the packaging; a link in a message or a social post; the widget on your site; the enrollment modal in your webshop. Each QR or link can carry its own source, so you know whether a member joined at the Rotterdam store, from the summer campaign, or off the back of a receipt.

Name, email or phone, and the consent choices. That's enough for signing up. Everything else can come later, when there's a reason to ask and a reward for answering. Consent is captured per channel and applied to the profile as the subscription it is, so what a member agreed to at signup is what the platform enforces from that moment. Email and phone can be verified in the flow, which keeps fake accounts out before they earn anything.

The moment the form is submitted, the customer is a member. The wallet pass arrives on their phone. A welcome reward is issued if you offer one. Their first purchase earns from the start, and if they've bought from you before as a guest, identity resolution links the new account to that history so nothing is lost. The distance between scanning a code and holding the program is the length of the form.

Signup as a measured channel

Every signup carries its source, its time, and its location, so enrollment is a funnel you can read: scans to forms opened, forms opened to completed, completed to first purchase, by QR, by campaign, by store. A source that converts poorly is a QR in the wrong place or a form asking one field too many. Staff can enroll a customer at the till for the assisted case, and those signups are measured the same way.
