Offer stacking & exclusivity
Leat defines which incentives can be combined, which must remain exclusive, and the order in which each value is applied. The same rules govern POS, e-commerce, kiosks, connected channels, and Decisioning, so every transaction produces the result the business intended.
Set combination rules for vouchers, member prices, points redemptions, promotions, tier benefits, and gift cards. A member price might combine with points, while a percentage voucher may be blocked when a promotional price already applies. The resulting policy remains visible in one place instead of being interpreted differently by each channel or team.
Mark an incentive as exclusive or place related incentives in a group where only one can be used. If several valid incentives are available, define whether Leat applies the best value for the customer or follows a priority set by the business. Temporary exceptions can be approved for a launch or seasonal promotion, with the change recorded and an end date applied.
Define the order in which incentives reduce the transaction total. A percentage discount applied before a fixed discount produces a different result than the reverse order. You can also decide whether points are redeemed before or after another incentive and whether new points are earned on the original or discounted amount.
Leat evaluates stacking rules whenever incentives are applied through the POS, e-commerce checkout, kiosk, or another connected channel. Teams can test whether each surface produces the same total before an incentive goes live. Decisioning and Leat AI follow the same rules, so they cannot select an incentive that conflicts with one the customer already holds or is using.
Margin protection
Conflicting discounts, redemptions, and promotional prices do not combine in ways that reduce margins beyond the intended level.
Loyalty within promotions
Clear rules determine whether customers can earn or redeem points when products or baskets already carry a promotional price.
Tier perk protection
Tier perks retain their intended value when customers also hold vouchers, member prices, or other rewards.
Best value selection
When several valid incentives cannot be combined, the correct one is selected according to customer value or business priority.
Point cost control
Rules for earning and redemption order prevent discounts from unintentionally increasing points issuance or redemption value.
Seasonal campaign separation
Welcome, referral, seasonal, and limited-time incentives remain separate when combining them would undermine their purpose or cost limits.
