Visibility filters
Leat controls which rewards appear for each customer based on segment, tier, membership, location, channel, and time. Visibility remains separate from eligibility and redemption, so a reward can be hidden, displayed, or shown as locked without changing the rules that determine whether it can be claimed.
Show each reward to specific segments, tiers, membership types, or customer groups. A benefit might appear only to Gold members, recently joined customers, paid members, or another audience created in Leat. Two customers can open the same member portal and see different catalogs based on what is relevant to them.
Set start and end dates for seasonal, limited-time, and event-based rewards. A reward can appear for a weekend, remain visible throughout a campaign, or launch to selected groups in phases. It is published and removed automatically, keeping the catalog current without manual cleanup.
Limit where a reward appears based on participating locations or customer-facing channels. An online reward can appear only on digital surfaces, while a location-specific reward can remain within the relevant catalog or in-store experience. Visibility controls what the customer sees, while Redemption Rules determine where and how the reward can be used.
Display next-tier benefits as locked, upcoming, or exclusive while allowing only eligible members to redeem them. Customers can see the value of progressing through the program without weakening the rules that protect access to each benefit.
Reward discovery
A more relevant catalog makes it easier for customers to find rewards that match their membership, status, and interests.
Tier ladder design
Visible next-tier benefits make the value of progressing through the program clearer without allowing early redemption.
Local catalog management
Customers see rewards connected to the locations or markets that are relevant to them.
Seasonal catalog management
Scheduled visibility keeps seasonal and limited-time rewards current without repeated manual updates.
Channel specific rewards
Online, in-store, kiosk, and other customer-facing experiences display the rewards intended for each channel.
Phased and early access
Phased visibility supports early access for selected groups before a reward is introduced more widely.
