APIs & webhooks
Many loyalty APIs cover basic actions such as earning and redeeming points, then leave everything else inside the dashboard. Leat exposes the full platform through its APIs, while webhooks notify your systems as soon as something changes. Build custom experiences, synchronize data, and automate actions without waiting for additional product development.
Contacts, identifiers, custom attributes, orders and returns, products and categories, visits and bookings, loyalty transactions, rewards, tiers, promotions, vouchers, gift cards, prepaid balances, referrals, forms, and automations are all available through the API. Batch endpoints support large imports and data syncs, with no core capability restricted to the dashboard.
Use the OAuth API for server-to-server work such as synchronizing customers, processing orders, or feeding a data warehouse. Token-based access can be limited to what each integration needs. For POS terminals, kiosks, and order-at-table flows, the Registers API can identify customers by card or code, award value, and redeem rewards as part of the same transaction. Both APIs work with the same underlying customer and loyalty data.
Webhooks send events when a contact is created, a purchase is completed, a tier changes, a reward is redeemed, or a form is submitted. Subscribe through the API, dashboard, or an automation, then send events to a CRM, data warehouse, messaging platform, or your own service without repeatedly checking for updates.
A separate testing environment keeps development away from your live loyalty program. Combined endpoints reduce common workflows to a single call, such as creating an order and processing its loyalty value together. Step-by-step tutorials cover POS, kiosk, and order-at-table integrations, while the API reference documents every resource, parameter, and error.
Reliable system synchronization
Contacts, orders, products, attributes, and loyalty data remain aligned across Leat, CRM, analytics, and internal systems.
Transaction-facing loyalty
Customer identification, earning, and redemption can work across POS terminals, kiosks, order-at-table systems, websites, and apps.
Event-driven automation across your tech stack
Tier changes, redemptions, referrals, and other events can reach CRM, ERP, and marketing tools as they happen.
Bulk data operations
Large volumes of customer, activity, and loyalty data can be imported, migrated, or updated through batch endpoints.
Programmatic management
Rewards, tiers, promotions, vouchers, gift cards, forms, and automations can be managed outside the Leat dashboard.
Verifiable integration mechanics
A separate testing environment protects the live program, while combined endpoints and clear documentation reduce development time and errors.
