Campaign orchestration
Plan a campaign once and run it everywhere it needs to reach. Build one audience, write the email and the wallet notification, and attach the reward that's valid at the till and in the checkout for the same window. Because the audience, the offer, and the rules are one object, the report at the end is one number, not four that don't add up.
The campaign audience is a Leat segment, built on the full customer record: purchases, visits, loyalty state, custom attributes, consent, and what customers have told you directly. It's the same audience for every part of the campaign, without exporting a list to one tool and uploading a different one to another. When a customer's status changes mid-campaign, the audience updates with them.
Write the email and the wallet notification within the same campaign. Attach the reward or voucher the campaign carries, once, and set its validity window so it's redeemable at the till and in the checkout for exactly the campaign period. Show it in the member portal and the widget for the same window. Each channel does what it does well, and every part of the campaign refers to the same offer and the same customers.
Eligibility, frequency caps, stacking, and consent apply to every message and every incentive in the campaign, so a customer who's reached their limit isn't pushed past it by this one. The reward appears on the start date and stops being redeemable on the end date without anyone remembering to switch it off. Where the program uses approval or simulation, a campaign can be routed through approval workflows and tested under
Sends, opens, clicks, redemptions, and purchases, by channel, by segment, and by location, from a single campaign record. Because the offer is one object, redemption cost is one number, and because the audience is one segment, the result is comparable across channels. Where Optimization is in use, a holdout share of the audience can be withheld so the campaign's incremental effect is measured against customers who received nothing.
