Consent & preference management
Store each customer’s consent and communication preferences in one profile, with separate subscriptions for each channel and purpose. Customers can manage their own choices, and Leat checks the latest consent state before a message, incentive, or automated action reaches them.
Store consent as separate subscriptions for email, SMS, wallet notifications, marketing, transactional communications, and other defined purposes. Whether permission is granted or withdrawn in a store, through an e-commerce experience, in the member portal, or on a form, the customer profile reflects the latest choice. Every connected use works from the same current record.
Customers can use the member portal or branded preference forms to choose which channels they hear from you through and how often. Changes take effect across Leat immediately without requiring support. These preferences also provide reliable zero-party data about how each customer wants the brand to communicate with them.
Set how long inactive customer data is retained and what happens when that period ends. Access and erasure requests can be handled across Leat from one place. Every consent change is recorded with its source and timestamp, providing a clear history of what the customer agreed to and when. Access Control determines who can view or change this data, while Audit Logs record the actions they take.
Leat checks the customer’s current consent before sending a message, issuing an incentive, or making an automated decision that requires permission. A withdrawal takes effect before the next action rather than after a campaign has already been sent. Customers without the necessary permission are excluded automatically across campaigns, automations, Decisioning, and Leat AI.
Consent capture setup
Consent choices and wording can be defined by channel and purpose across signup forms, checkouts, and other collection points.
Preference center maintenance
Available channels and communication choices remain current as the business adds, changes, or retires ways of contacting customers.
Data subject requests
Access and erasure requests can be completed across the platform with a record of the action taken.
Program migration
Existing consent states and timestamps can move from a previous program, while customers without a valid record remain unsubscribed.
Compliance audit ready
Consent records show what each customer agreed to, when the choice was made, and where it was captured.
Reduced admin workload
Customers can update their own channel preferences and withdraw consent without contacting a support team.
