Wallet pass
Every loyalty program wants a place on the customer's phone, and most try to get there with an app. Customers don't download it. Those who do, don't open it. The plastic card stays in a drawer, and between visits the program is invisible, which is exactly when it should be doing its work.
Leat puts the program in the wallet the customer already has. One branded pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet shows the customer's balance, stamps, tier, and membership, updates itself as they act, and appears on the lock screen when they're near your door.
Points balance, stamp card progress, current tier and distance to the next, membership status, gift card and credit balances. The pass shows the customer's standing in the program at a glance, in your branding, with details on the back for anyone who wants them. Rewards themselves live in the member portal and at the till; the pass is what tells the customer they've earned one. Groups with several brands can issue a pass per brand or one for the group.
A purchase at the till changes the balance on the pass before the customer has left the counter. A stamp lands. A tier changes. A reward becomes available. Nothing needs refreshing, opening, or syncing. The pass reflects the account as it is now, wherever the last transaction happened, because it reads from the same record as everything else.
The pass surfaces on the lock screen when the customer is near one of your locations, so it's already open when they reach the counter. Notifications go to the pass for what matters: points about to expire, a tier reached, a stamp card completed, an offer timed to their visit, each linking through to the portal where a reward can be seen and redeemed.
Scanning the pass is the fastest way to identify a customer at the till, a kiosk, or an event door, which is why wallet adoption drives identification rate. Passes are issued instantly at enrollment by link, QR, email, or from the POS, so a customer who joins at the counter has the pass before they've paid. No download, no account setup, no card to print. The distance between joining and holding the program is a tap.
