E-commerce loyalty integration
Online loyalty is usually a widget in the corner and a discount code at the end. The store doesn't know the customer's tier while they browse, doesn't show the balance they earned in the shop last week, and asks them to sign up on a separate form. The program is attached to the store the way a sticker is attached to a window.
Leat runs through the store. The customer is recognized on login, earns on every order automatically, sees member prices on product pages, and redeems rewards, vouchers, and balances in the checkout, all against the same record the till reads.
A store account is linked to the customer's Leat contact, so logging in brings up their tier, balance, available rewards, and what they've earned everywhere, including in store. A guest who checks out with an email the program already knows is matched to their record. The store treats a Gold member as a Gold member from the first page, because it knows who's browsing.
Orders sync to Leat as they're placed and earn under the same rules as the till: points, stamps, and tier progress calculated at line level, with multipliers, exclusions, and caps applied. A return reverses what the order earned. Online and in-store activity land on one balance, so a customer who shops both ways earns toward one tier and spends from one pot.
Rewards apply as discounts in the cart. Vouchers validate against the same rules as in store. Store credit, prepaid balances, and gift cards pay for the order. Member prices show on product pages and apply at checkout, so the value of membership is visible while the customer decides. Every redemption is checked against eligibility, stacking, and redemption rules in real time, and what's declined is declined with a reason.
Leat's apps for Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, and other major platforms install from the platform's own marketplace and run in the store's theme. Content blocks and widgets show balances, rewards, and progress wherever you place them. An enrollment modal turns a guest into a member without leaving the page. For headless or custom storefronts, the same capability is available through the API.
