Segmentation
Segments should not be limited to the data inside one marketing tool or need to be rebuilt for every campaign. Leat creates audiences from everything held in the customer profile, updates membership as customers act, and makes the same segment available across campaigns, automations, rewards, pricing, governance, and decisioning.
Use RFM segmentation to group customers by recency, frequency, and monetary value. Your brand controls what each component is based on, allowing the scores to reflect how customers actually buy from you. Use all three components together or apply recency, frequency, and monetary value separately, then combine them with loyalty status, visit patterns, custom attributes, locations, and declared preferences.
Dynamic segments recalculate as new events arrive, so customers enter when they qualify and leave when they no longer meet the conditions. A purchase can immediately move someone into a high-value or more active RFM group. Static segments remain available for fixed audiences, such as event guest lists or imported customer selections.
Use the same segment for campaigns, automations, reward visibility, member pricing, and decisioning without rebuilding or exporting it. Change the segment definition once and every connected use updates with it, keeping campaign audiences, journey triggers, and reward eligibility aligned.
Use segments to define which customers are eligible for a reward, price, message, or action. Decisioning can then choose the best permitted option for each person, while optimization compares performance across audiences. Every part of the platform works from the same customer groups and rules.
