Email statistics
Track delivery, opens, clicks, and the links people chose across campaigns, recurring emails, and automations. Unsent and bounced emails are split apart, so you know whether to look at your audience or at your sending setup. Engagement over time shows whether your emails are still getting attention, or whether interest is fading.
The delivery rate shows how many emails reached the inbox, and the rest is split into those that were never sent and those that bounced. The two point to different problems. An email that wasn't sent stayed on your side, while an email that bounced was turned away by the receiving server. Knowing which is which tells you whether to look at your audience or at your sending setup.
Open rate and click rate show how many recipients opened the email and how many went on to click something in it. Compare them across campaigns, recurring emails, and automations to see which subject lines get attention and which content gets people to act.
See which links were clicked most, so you know whether people went for the offer, the event, the wallet pass, or the footer. When the second link outperforms the first, that tells you what belongs at the top of the next email.
Engagement shows how recipients respond to your emails over time, not just to one send. It shows whether your emails are still getting attention, or whether interest is fading and it's time to change the frequency, the content, or the audience.
