Emailing update
Templates carry your branding, the content carries their standing. Build emails in the editor without a designer, and send them as campaigns, recurring emails, or steps in an automation. Consent is checked at the moment of sending, and frequency caps apply across email and wallet notifications together.
Pick a layout for each row, from a single full-width column to two, three, or four columns, or an uneven split that gives an image more room than the text beside it. Then drag in the blocks: text, images, GIFs, buttons, video, social links, dividers and spacers, and custom HTML for anything else. The Wallet pass block lets a member add their pass straight from the email, and the QR code block puts a scannable code in the message. Save the blocks you use often, like a branded header or footer, and reuse them in the next email instead of building them again.
Balance, tier and distance to the next, stamps collected, points about to expire, rewards ready to redeem, referral code, membership status, gift card balance. Any field on the profile, including custom attributes, can appear in an email, so the message says what's true for this member on the day it's sent. Templates carry your branding; the content carries their standing.
Send a campaign to an audience on a date, such as the seasonal push, the product launch, or the event invitation. Set up a recurring email that goes out on its own whenever a member qualifies, like a birthday message or a retention email to members who haven't visited in a while. Or add an email as a step in an automation, so it follows the moment that triggered it: the welcome after signup, the confirmation after a reward is issued, the reminder before points expire. Transactional messages such as reward confirmations are kept separate from marketing, so a member who opts out of promotions still receives what they need to receive.
Consent for email is a subscription on the profile, captured at signup or in the portal, and checked at the moment of sending. An unsubscribe changes the profile, so it's honored by every campaign, recurring email, and automation at once, and it's visible to staff at the counter. Frequency caps apply across email and wallet notifications together, so a member in three automations receives no more than the cap allows.
If your email runs through a connected marketing platform, Leat syncs the audience and the loyalty fields to it, so the same personalization is available in the tool your team already sends from. Leat stays the record; your platform stays the sender. Either way, sends, opens, clicks, and the redemptions and purchases that followed are reported against the campaign, recurring email, or automation that produced them.
