Forms
Public forms reach people who aren’t in the program yet. Private forms tell you more about the ones who are. Each answer is saved to the customer’s profile as its own field, and when a form is connected to an automation, completing it triggers a reward.
A public form is open to anyone with the link or QR code: on a table tent, a receipt, a social post, a screen by the entrance. A private form is for known customers only, reached from the member portal or a personal link, so every answer is tied to the account it came from. Public forms reach people who aren't in the program yet. Private forms tell you more about the ones who are.
Custom attributes let you collect the data that matters to you specifically: a birthday, a favourite dish, dietary preferences, a dog's name, the location they visit most. Each answer is saved to the customer's profile as its own field, in the same record as their points, visits, and purchases. Nothing ends up in a spreadsheet or an export. The next segment, campaign, or birthday offer can use it straight away.
Connect a form to an automation and completing it triggers a reward. Points land on the balance. A stamp is added to the card. A reward becomes available in the portal. The customer sees it on their pass before they've closed the page. People answer when there's something in it for them, and they answer again when they can see straight away that it worked.
Richer customer profiles
Collect the details purchase data can't tell you and save them straight to each customer's profile
Dedicated contact groups
Give influencers, partners, or staff their own form and have them land in a group of their own
Location-specific forms
Run a separate form for each location so every answer shows where it came from
